Downtown Barrie businesses are celebrating the 22nd annual Barrie Film Festival by participating in the 2nd annual Window Decorating Contest.
With it being the 22nd year for the film festival, this year’s theme is films from 1977. Six downtown Barrie windows have been transformed as they competed for BFF tickets to films and events as well as concession treats from the Uptown Theatre.
