We look forward to seeing you there! \n  \nThis event is brought to you by the Barrie Native Friendship Centre and the Barrie Film Festival in partnership with Georgian College\, Indigenous Services. \n  \nGuest Panelists\n  \nJeff Monague:\nJeff Monague is a former Chief of the Beausoleil First Nation on Christian Island\, former Director of Treaty Research with the Anishnabek (Union of Ontario Indians) and a Canadian Forces Veteran as well as an instructor of the Ojibwe Language for Georgian College. Jeff Monague is an avid musician\, singer/songwriter and has written for tv and film productions. His music is available on iTunes\, Amazon\, YouTube Music\, Spotify\, and other streaming services. \n  \n  \nMatthew Rutledge:\n“My adopted name is Matthew H Rutledge. I was born in Red Lake\, Ontario. My birth father is from Lac Seul First Nation and my mother is from Little Grand Rapids\, Alberta. I am a 60’s scoop survivor and adopted out to Toronto and raised by my adopted parents since age 4. In my late 30’s I did a lot of healing work in my journey as an Anishnaabe man.” \n  \n  \n\n  \nParking\nParking is available on campus in the parking lots labeled with a letter.
