Start the evening with the compelling Canadian documentary Willie\, which chronicles the life story of Willie O’Ree who became the first black player in the National Hockey League and whose career had a lasting impact on the game. \n  \nAfter the screening\, exit the theatre and come back into the Uptown Theatre through the main lobby for the Opening Night Party where DJ Matt Shaw will provide a great selection of music and Michael & Marion’s Restaurant will serve up a tempting array of tasty hors d’oeuvres. \n  \nFilm Tickets are sold separately. \n
