2018 Short Film Competition Winners

One of the featured programs at our ten-day festival is the annual Short Film Competition. Filmmakers were invited to submit their short films for consideration. This audience favourite is an exciting program that presents a selection of short films submitted by regional, national and international filmmakers. This is a juried event and the official selections were publicly screened as part of the Barrie Film Festival’s annual Short Film Program Showcase on Saturday, October 13, 2018. Here is a list of the winning shorts. A very big thank you to all those who submitted their work! Click here for the full list of the 2018 official selections.
