“There is nothing more enjoyable than a film that shatters your expectations, turning a confident hunch about what’s coming next into smithereens of doubt. The British thriller “Beast” does it strikingly well.” – Colin Covert, Minneapolis Star Tribune
“Beast is a pitch black ride into the recesses of the human soul, and Buckley is the film’s cold, dark heart.” – Adam Graham, Detroit News
“The dark nail-biter eschews the obvious at every turn and is less a whodunit than a twisted moral meditation grounded by its mesmerizing leading lady.” – Barbara VanDenburgh, Arizona Republic
